Conceptually, a vitamin should mirror the original source of the vitamins and minerals; this is often labeled a "Whole Food" multivitamin and is crafted from vegetables fruits, and other plant sources. Two brands that I have found to be safe and sufficient are New Chapter and Dr. Mercola brand multi-vitamin. They should include some vitamin D and Vitamin B12; please see your doctor since both levels should be tested once a year to make sure that you are obtaining enough from your diet and supplement.
